And maybe we were very candid? But I think we all believe in putting it out there. There's no sense in being half-hearted about who we are - and we're always whole-hearted about the music.

Sat, October 15, 2005 - 3:34 PMI was walking to the BART/MUNI station just days ago, walking and reading a book simultaneously. Happened to look up, my eyes making contact first with the signage for BART, then second, making contact with the East Bay Express box. My eyes became the size of saucers ... wow!

I wander into Cafe Cabana in Emeryville this morning for my regular (when I'm over there) mocha (and the best muffins in the Bay at Arizmendi next door) and all three of the staff immediately break into "we saw you on the cover"! And they also wanted to know whether people at work had seen it - almost like a mystery thriller.
So now I'm committed to taking in a signed copy as the inaugural entry on their wall of fame - alongside Fred Rodriguez (pro cyclist - www.fredrodriguez.com/) who is also a regular customer. -
